Employees simply enter a unique ID number to clock IN or OUT, and the PIN Entry Employee Time Clock does the rest: no badges to use, lose, or replace.

Attach the locking wall-mounting bracket to the wall and lock the time clock into place with the key. Connect the 50-foot cable to a PC that's running TimeVue Lite® software (included) and you're ready to go in minutes.

Assign your employees their own 3 to 9 digit ID codes and start using the clock: no badges to forget, lose, or wear out. Employees can view their last punch and hours worked directly at the clock.

Easy to manage -

TimeVue software records, calculates and reports employee hours, and can export timekeeping data to QuickBooks, ADP®, Paychex®, ASCII, Microsoft® Excel® and many other payroll export programs.

Choosing between a PIN and a badge system?

Choosing between a PIN and/or badge system is entirely based on your preference. Both systems offer the best technology, ease of use and are viable ways to grow your business. Many employers choose the badge-based systems to minimize employees intentionally signing in for one another (a.k.a. "buddy punching"). Conversely, many employers enjoy the benefits of PIN because there are no extra badges, timecards or additional software costs.

Some extra costs to keep in mind when choosing your time clock system:

  • Need more badges? Most badge systems offer a minimum number of badges in the purchase price. You'll need additional badges for new employees, and replacements for badges that get lost or worn out. To cover card loss in the early days of the system, manufacturers recommend purchasing twice as many cards as employees.

Icon Time Systems offers the PIN (Personal Identification Number) Entry Employee Time Clock for companies that do not want badges. Employees choose an easily remembered three-digit ID number of their choice, which makes clocking IN or OUT trouble free.
